Here we left-aligned the selected lines and now they’re lined up neatly on the left. Now, you can format the lines the way you want without the extra spaces. Notice that the spaces on the lines are now gone. Select the lines that contain spaces you want to delete and center the lines by pressing Ctrl+E, or clicking the Center button in the Paragraph section of the Home tab. Once you are done, go back to the View tab and select Stop Recording from the Macro group. Simply select your text, change line spacing or whatever you need to do. Once you get through this dialog the macro recorder will record everything you do.
